The other was a rear wheel cylinder on my Ranger. The one on the 65 Falcon was Granada discs and the rear brake hose burst where it appeared to rub the exhaust. After spiking the brakes hard to avoid a stopped idiot around a blind highway curve the big forged spindle caliper bracket spread apart and pitched the caliper off 500 feet down into the canyon leading me on a heck of a ride down a steep twisty road. The one on the 53 ramp truck was using stock 79 F350 brake parts on it's 79 chassis.
I was towing a trailer and hit a car stopped at a light just as the light turned green. Only one of those times involved crashing, that was in my 67 Ranchero when the rear brake line rusted near the left leaf spring.
